How money comes back to you depends on how you paid. Every amount is shown in your account.
Orders paid online
Where a refund is due on an order paid online, it is returned as described in your order resolution — to your original payment method or store credit, as shown to you for that request. [OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: Confirm the refund processing time for online payments]
VELLEE LUXE will initiate eligible approved online-payment refunds within 2 business days after refund approval, following applicable inspection. Bank and payment-provider credit timelines are separate estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
If you cancel an order before courier pickup, the amount paid online is refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders
Where a refund is due on a Cash on Delivery order, it is issued as store credit, in line with this policy. If the law entitles you to a refund in another form, we will follow the law.
Store credit
- Store credit is added to your VELLEE LUXE account and can be seen at Store credit.
- It can be used towards future orders on velleeluxe.com.
- Store credit you used on an order is restored to your account if that order is cancelled or returned to us undelivered.
- Store credit is a form of payment, not a discount.
- VELLEE LUXE store credit does not expire. Archiving an account does not cancel a customer’s valid unused store credit.

Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we settle the order once it reaches our warehouse. Cash on Delivery orders are not credited because no money was collected. [OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: State whether any shipping charge is deducted for repeated undelivered orders]
Undelivered-parcel charge or deduction: ₹0. We do not apply any extra penalty or shipping deduction for undelivered parcels, including repeated undelivered parcels.
