- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- The details you give us (name, email, mobile, address) must be accurate so we can deliver your order.
- We may suspend or archive an account that is used for fraud or misuse of our services.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price you pay is the price shown in your bag at checkout.
- We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and slight variation is possible.
- If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you paid.
Orders and payment

- You can pay online through our payment gateway partner, or by Cash on Delivery where it is offered for your pincode.
- Store credit issued by VELLEE LUXE can be used towards future orders on velleeluxe.com and has no cash value except where the law requires otherwise.
