We want you to be happy with what you receive. This page explains when a return or an exchange is available and how to request one.
How to request
Sign in and go to Returns, choose the order and the item, and tell us what went wrong. Please add photos where asked — they help us resolve things faster. Requests must be raised within the window below.

Wrong product received
If you received a different product from the one you ordered, the item is eligible for return.
Size issue
If the fit is not right, we offer an exchange for a different size in the same colour (the same colourway), subject to stock. Size exchanges into a different colour or a different product are not offered.
Defective product
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange after the defect is checked, provided the item is unused and returned with its tags and original packaging.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached.
- Items returned in a different condition, or that do not match the request, may be sent back to you.
What happens next
Once your request is approved, we arrange collection or tell you how to send the item back. When it reaches us and passes inspection, we complete the exchange or the return. For how money is returned, see Refunds & store credit.
