Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,999. Orders up to ₹1,999 have a ₹99 delivery charge.

If a delivery cannot be completed
If the courier cannot deliver your parcel (for example the address is incomplete, nobody is available, or a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused) it may be returned to us. When a returned parcel reaches us, we settle the order according to our Refunds & store credit policy.
Damaged or wrong parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please raise it from Returns as soon as possible, with photos. See Returns & exchanges.
